Our Co-Founder, Sonal Seth, interacted with Dennis Wakabayashi, Global Voice of CX, in a podcast on the topic, ‘Is gamification the key to unlocking the potential of your workforce?’
In the podcast, they discussed the power of gamification in the business world. Sonal explained how gamification is not only about points, badges, and leaderboards but it is also rooted in behavioural sciences and the science of play.
She emphasized the importance of knowing the outcome a company wants to achieve with gamification, whether it be amplifying business performance, employee engagement, or learning outcomes.
She also shared the top use case for gamification where behavioural transformation within organizations, had shown marked improvements in attrition numbers and productivity. The Gamification Company delivered excellent numbers, such as a 15% improvement in productivity in just three months, through their unique approach to gamification.

Yet another feather in the cap of The Gamification Company. Following the Women Entrepreneur award for Sonal Seth came the news that The Gamification Company was awarded the Top Startup of the Year 2022 by Tata AIA Life Insurance and the Confederation of Indian Industry at the CII Startupreneur Awards.
This recognition by the prestigious industry body, CII, and the experience of being selected by Tata AIA after a detailed evaluation spurred us on to achieve even bigger things.
